SMART Interconnects solutions are a family of SoC interconnect products that are designed for a wide range of applications. All products in the SMART Interconnects solutions implement an advanced fabric. Some of the SMART Interconnects solutions also include data flow services.

SonicsMX® SMART Interconnects solution contains a high performance advanced fabric and a comprehensive set of data flow services and is designed for SoCs that employ heterogeneous multiple processor architectures.

S3220TM SMART Interconnects solution contains an advanced fabric and is designed for SoCs that employ multiple cores. S3220 can also be used in conjunction with SonicsMX® SMART Interconnects solution to offload slower performance cores from the main system interconnect.

Memory control products include Sonics’ MemMax® memory scheduler designed to optimize access to external DRAM from multiple on-chip sources and improve overall memory bandwidth by up to 40%.

Sonics products are configured by utilizing SonicsStudio which produces either OSCI based SystemC or RTL versions of the configuration.
